Job Description:
RDF Group are currently looking for an inspirational sales manager to lead and manage a group of new business consultants. This role requires a motivated leader with a proven sales background in the recruitment industry. Your main responsibilities will be as follows: - Through leadership and direction - recruit, develop, manage, support and coach New Business Sales Consultants.
- Undertake performance reviews and performance management procedures in a timely manner; set specific weekly and monthly Sales KPIs.
- Facilitate regular sales team meetings and develop sound forecast, pipeline and actual reports for presentation to CEO.
- Develop and implement creative strategies and plans to meet Sales targets.
Essential Skills: A proven background in managing and developing sales professionals at all levels. Excellent customer relationship building and management skills.
